News: 20.01.2015 Our site in 2015 will be on the reconstruction. The update is not provided. Apologize... 05.01.2014 Our website moved to the address http://www.medphyslab.org in connection with the elimination of a free hosting on "Narod.ru". Now we some time will live here. Practically the whole 2013 our this site didn't work that set us thinking hard on its mission, orientation and contents. Today our main efforts are certainly concentrated on work in medico-physical laboratory in MONIKI (http://www.medphyslab.com), and all our new scientific achievements are shined there rather in detail. Here, probably, there is no sense to duplicate them. There are only short news, our history and sections which for different reasons shouldn't and won't appear in the official site of laboratory at state institution. For example, it concerns sociology, our thoughts of the events around the Russian scientific community, our history from 2001 to 2009, pseudo sciences, etc. All these remain here as our informal creativity. It still will live some time... 25.01.2013 Our young employee, medical doctor, Dmitry Kulikov gained the diploma of the candidate of medical sciences (Ph.D.) in "Physiology". We congratulate! 01.08.2012 Three our young employees - Dmitry Kulikov, Denis Lapitan and Oksana Smirnova became prize-winners of youth competition of reports at the V Troitsk conference on medical physics and innovations in the medicine "TCMP-5". We congratulate! 17.04.2012 Russian Foundation of Basic Research (RFBR) has supported our new project "Scientific and engineering foundations of functioning of medical service robots in clinics". More information... 26.07.2011 Our colleague, Ph.D. Andrey Dunaev, is invited to work under 2-year contract in university of Dundee, Scotland, the group of biophotonics headed by prof. E.Rafailov. 06.04.2011 In our laboratory the offer on cooperation in the field of
research, development and manufacture of perspective medical devices from the Center of innovative technologies of
the financial group "GUTA" has arrived. The first working meeting with representatives of the Center has taken place. 16.07.2010 III-rd International (Euro-Asian) Congress on medical physics and engineering “Medical physics - 2010” took place in Moscow on June, 21-25. About 700 reports were presented there. Our laboratory has presented 12 reports that is about 1.8% of total reports. Co. has got an official Certificate of Russian State Agency of Healthcare Inspection No. FSR 2009/05953 and, so, now is a certified standard medical equipment in Russia. Project No. 18 - The project on creation of scientific and engineering foundations of functioning of medical service robots in clinics. In 2012 the Project has been supported by Russian Foundation of Basic Research (RFBR), 2-year grant. The project was directed on the solution of the fundamental scientific problem - research and creation of a scientific and engineering bases of the theory of functioning of the mobile service medical robots (SMR) in actual medical clinics. The main place in the project was given to the problem of development of base engineering principles of the formal subject technical specification, construction and functioning of hardware, program and methodical means of the multipurpose mobile SMR. Project No. 17 - The project of development and creation of the model of specialized hardware-software system (HSS) "Haemotest-micro" for control of parameters of blood microcirculation in skin on the basis of a combination of methods of skin thermometry and a noninvasive medical spectrophotometry. It is supposed to make HSS as a compact and wireless system wearable on a body like holter-monitor with remote data transmission on the doctor's computer, and also to develop for it some proposals of medical techniques of diagnostics, object-oriented software, methodical and metrological providing. The Project was executed together with JSC "Istok-EOS" and finished successfully in 2012.
Project No. 16 - The project on creation of Scientific and Educational Center (SEC) "Biomedical engineering" on the basis of institute "MONIKI" named after M.F.Vladimirskiy, laboratory of "MedPhys Research" and Oryol State Technical University (OSTU). It is assumed that the Center will be organized first of all in OSTU, but in MONIKI there will be its subsidiary. One of the main area of its activity is the research and education on noninvasive medical spectrophotometry (NMS). The Center is working now. More information...
Project No. 15 - The project on a transfer of our multifunctional medical noninvasive spectrophotometric technology in Europe. SPI “LAZMA” Ltd. Co. with our assistance and together with Germany "ASKION" GmbH and University of Dundee (Scotland) won in the end of 2009 the FP-7 European Cooperation Project on the pathway of IAPP'2009. The joint project called "MEDI-LASE" got 94 marks out of 100 and now will have a financial support from the European Community in 2010-2012. This project intends an adaptation of our diagnostic system "LAKK-M" to European requirements and organization of the joint fabrication of the system on the production platform of "ASKION" GmbH in Germany. *******PROJECT OF THE 2009******** Project No. 14 - The project is aimed at the creation of new real scientific Laboratory of "Medical and Physics Research" in the State Moscow Regional Research and Clinical Institute "MONIKI" named after M.F.Vladimirskiy. This project is initiated by the administration of the Institute. Now from the beginning of the 2009 we have a real state platform for our next scientific ideas as well as for the realization of them. The laboratory is working now. Project No. 12 - Fundamental research Project on metrology of noninvasive medical spectrophotometry (NMS) apparatus, systems and technique. In 2008 the Project has been supported by RFBR 3-years grant. It is proposed the investigations of main physical, medical and biological factors and phenomena which are sources and causes for random as well as systematic errors, instrumentation errors, errors of methods in NMS, etc. (Finished successfully in 2010). Project No. 11 - The project is aimed at of creation of more powerful and less expensive than "LAZDICOM" new multifunctional laser noninvasive diagnostic system for medicine. It is a good continuation of our research on multifunctional laser noninvasive diagnostic equipment and both the next and the new step to a real medical-equipment market. It was finished successfully in 2009. More information...
Project No. 10 - Our project of research and development of a new combined diagnostic device for medicine on the base of combined Laser Doppler Flowmetry and Tissue Reflectance Oximetry technique was supported by SPI “LAZMA” Ltd. Co. (Finished successfully in 2006).
Project No. 9 - It was suggested for Moscow State Educational Academy of Device Technology and Informatization (MGAPI). The project on a creation of new division (sub-faculty) in MGAPI "Laser informative-measuring devices and apparatus". (This project is now frozen).
Project No. 7 - "Development of base principles of complex organization of hardware, software and methodical providing of noninvasive laser multifunctional diagnostic systems for medicine". This project is a continuation of ISTC R&D project #1001 and is directed to formulation of scientific and technical base principles of creation of a new class of medical diagnostic equipment. Project No. 6 - A project of a creation of wide scientific and industrial cooperation on the field of noninvasive laser and optical diagnostics in medicine. This project has the aim to research, to develop, to manufacture and to sale a wide range of noninvasive laser medical diagnostic equipment. The student education in this field of business and science is assumed to be in our project as well. As we hope today, in our cooperation there will have a place a production platform of the State R&D Institute "POLYUS", a research platform of Moscow Regional Research and Clinical Institute "MONIKI", a research and educational platform of Moscow State Institute of Electronics & Mathematics (MSIEM) and some other technical and scientific platforms. The strategic financial and commercial partners are very important for us today and we are looking for them....
Project No. 3 - A project of development of the first in the world a multifunctional laser noninvasive medical diagnostic system. This project in 2000 was supported by State R&D institute "POLYUS", International Scientific and Technology Center (ISTC) and French company "CILAS". (Finished in 2003) More information...
