1993
D. Rogatkin "Development of methods of theoretical photometry and laser biophotometry for grounding and development of effective clinical biophotometer" Ph.D. thesis in physics and mathematics
|
Was defended on 07.04.1993 in special Dissertation Commission #D.003.77.01 of Russian Science Academy. The scientific head of work: prof. V.V. Tchernyi, scientific consultant prof. M.T. Aleksandrov |
The key point of dissertation: the classical theory of diffraction of electromagnetic waves on randomly rough surfaces allows to extend a theoretical basis of photometry, especially in a part of description of the light scattering indicatrix. Using this approach anyone can do a theoretical simulation of the Lambertian scattering Law, a calculation of a scattering crossection of real rough objects, a grounding of criterions of quality of the photometric laser devices, etc. Totally, it allows to develop more effective diagnostic photometrical systems for medical noninvasive diagnostic problems. |
1994 "INTER-CLINICAL LASER DIAGNOSTIC CABINET" the first in Russia special room for noninvasive laser and spectrophotometry diagnostic procedure in a real clinic
|
It was developed together with us and exists today in Moscow Regional Research and Clinical Institute "MONIKI". Every day tens of real patients of MONIKI are tested there. |

1996 NONINVASIVE OPTICAL AND LASER MEDICAL DIAGNOSTICS New medical diagnostic branch
|
Noninvasive medical spectrophotometry (biospectrophotometry) - new branch in medical physics and diagnostics. It is based on "in vivo" ("in situ") optical illumination of biological tissues and evaluation of a medical state (condition) as well as biological parameters of tissues by means of registration of spectral and spatial distribution of backscattered or transmitted by tissues light. |

LAPAEVA L.G. "Conformity to natural laws of laser light interaction with biotissues, foundation on that and development of special biophotometer" Ph.D. thesis in technical sciences
|
Dissertation was defended on 21.10.1999 in special Dissertation Commission # D.063.68.02 of MSIEM. The scientific head of work: Dr. D. Rogatkin, scientific consultant Dr. P.Yu. Polyakov |
The key point of dissertation: The main majority of biological soft tissues are the media with the strong volume light scattering which can produce an induced by a laser endogenous fluorescence as well. These scattering and fluorescence are different for a normal or pathological state of the tissue, so there is a new and additional diagnostic criteria for a doctor. Basing on that it is possible today to develop a special new laser medical diagnostic equipment - the photometer of volume scattering with both classical photometry channel and additional fluorescence channel. |
2002-2010
multifunctional noninvasive medical laser diagnostic systems
|
First pilot prototype of the system - "LAZDICOM" - was developed together with Russian R&D Institute "POLYUS" and Technical University "MSIEM" in 2002. It allowed a doctor to execute 6 different diagnostic procedures (fluorescent diagnostics, scattering spectroscopy, laser Doppler flowmetry, photopletismography, biophotometry and pulsoximetry) on a base of single equipment with the use of 12 different wavelength from 355nm up to 1550nm. In 2006 it was transformed to more portable and real medical diagnostic equipment called "LAKK-M". |
Can be applied in oncology, dermatology, angelology and other brunches of medicine. |
2003-2007
a small optical noninvasive medical diagnostic oximeter (tissues reflectance oximeter) |
Had been developed together with the Joint-Stock Company "Istok-EOS" and Federal State Scientific & Production Company "Tciklon-Test". It allows to measure and to calculate in a noninvasive (through the skin) and a real time mode three medical parameters: the index of capillary blood content into a tissue, the average capillary blood oxygenation and the index of melanin pigmentation of the tissue's surface. |
|
2005-2011 NONINVASIVE MEDICAL SPECTROPHOTOMETRY medical aspects and some our results
|
Noninvasive laser medical spectrophotometry can be applied in different branches of medicine: oncology, radiology, dermatology, gastroenterology, gynecology, angiology, general therapy, etc. More interesting results can be reached in a case of combined and joint application of different techniques at the same time. |
The key points: Noninvasive laser medical diagnostics allows for a doctor to evaluate a biochemical composition of soft patients' tissues, including a peripheral tissues' blood flow. Different rhythms of a blood microcirculation and different rhythms of a content of several haemoglobin fractions in the blood (oxyhaemoglobin, de-oxyhaemoglobin, etc.) can be detected as well. The evaluated biochemical components of tissues are: water content, melanin content, lipids, porphyrins, flavins, etc. |
2006
LASER-DOPPLER ANALYZER OF BLOOD MICROCIRCULATION "LAKK-02"
|
Had been created together with SPI "LAZMA" Limited Company. It combines two laser noninvasive diagnostic technique: the Laser Doppler Flowmetry and the Tissue Reflectance Oximetry |
|
2007-2012
THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING IN NONINVASIVE MEDICAL SPECTROPHOTOMETRY
|
Development and creation of a scientific and engineering foundation of organization, functioning, projecting and simulation of a new class of optical and medical diagnostic equipment - laser noninvasive spectrophotometric diagnostic systems. |
The key points: With the use of complex, multidisciplinary and systematic biotechnical approach allows us to develop and formulate the main scientific-based requirements to functional unit's and block’s composition, technical parameters of them as well as to software and metrological providing for noninvasive medical spectrophotometry (NMS) equipments. As it was shown, the key problem in projecting of NMS equipment is to develop effective calculation algorithms and software. Next synthesis of a diagnostic system can be made using conventional electronics and optics units and blocks to satisfy requirements of necessary initial physical data collection and storage. |
2008-2011 PHYSICAL AND TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF LOW-LEVEL LASER THERAPY
|
Research and development together with Oryol State Technical University in the fields of low-level laser therapy (LLLT) mechanisms as well as in the fields of equipment to test parameters of influence, dose distribution and patient's response on LLLT. |
The key points: Up to now any biophysical mechanisms and a real clinical effect on LLLT are discussable. Today one can be sure at least in 4-5 different mechanisms: thermal (heating of tissues), photodynamic (activation of singlet oxygen), photochemical (directional photo-destruction of molecules), etc. Nevertheless, the problem is opened yet. The development of technical apparatus and devices for monitoring different parameters of influence, dose and patient's response in LLLT may allow a doctor to establish the presence of effect and to understand better the more effective parameters to achieve that. |

PRE-SCHOOL PEDAGOGICS AND PSYCHOLOGY

T.V. Rogatkina Synthesis of arts: the way to childhood or a new dimension of pedagogics
|
"Synthesis of arts" is a well-known and necessary phenomenon for the grown-up people. The need of that is a special consequence of some isolation, which appears on the way of differentiation of human knowledge and culture. In the field of pre-school pedagogics this item "Synthesis of arts" is not quite correct. The child's perception is synthesic perception from the Nature and the man-made synthesis of arts at the pre-school education is not effective. |
